Flu vaccine information sheet for migrants in England
Doctors of the World, in partnership with the British Red Cross, has produced a flu vaccine information sheet to support migrant communities in England to protect themselves against the flu and its complications.
Flu vaccination is important because people who are at higher risk from coronavirus are also more at risk of problems from flu. If you get flu and coronavirus at the same time, research shows you’re more likely to be seriously ill.
This sheet includes information on who is eligible for a free flu vaccine, and where and how they can get it. It can be viewed online or downloaded for free, and is available in 22 languages:
English, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Filipino, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Kurdish, Malayalam, Pashto, Portuguese, Punjabi (India), Romanian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Tamil, Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese.
Please share widely so that everyone can access this important information in their own language.
