Simon Tyler, Executive Director
Simon joined DOTW in August 2022 after working in the field and HQ for MSF Holland, UK and South Asia. Since 2007, he has worked as the senior manager of operations in Nigeria, Jordan, Darfur, Myanmar, Iraq, Syria, South Sudan, Turkey & Pakistan. He has also worked in the institutional environment in Tunisia, Jordan, India, and Sri Lanka establishing new office locations to support MSF’s operations and international staff recruitment bases. He also managed MSF UK’s Covid response in 2020 and lead and investigation into asylum seeker accommodation centres in 2021.
Lucy Jones, Associate Director of Research
Lucy is passionate about achieving access to healthcare for all and has worked at Doctors of the World leading the programmes team and policy and advocacy work since 2013. Before joining us she spent 8 years in the NHS including managing large hospital departments and commissioning community services. She has a BSc in Politics and Sociology and an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and Management.

Kate Delaney, Head of Fundraising
Kate joined Doctors of the World in December 2022 and has enjoyed a career in fundraising for over 25 at a wide range of charities from large national organisations such as Parkinsons UK, Mind and Children with Cancer through to smaller local organisations who were just starting out on their fundraising journey. Her specialist areas include raising funds from individuals and Trusts, through to writing charity strategies and annual reports.

Amardeep Kamboz, Head of Services
Amar joined the DOTW team in June 2018, taking on responsibility for coordinating DOTW’s east London clinic and helpline services, prior to which she had volunteered in DOTW’s east London clinic. Since then, she has led the opening of new projects, and now leads DOTWs services. Amar’s background encompasses a range of humanitarian roles in the international and UK domestic charity sector.
