Hot on the heels of its success at winning an excellence award for its work with vulnerable people, Project:London will be commencing outreach activities with Alone In London.

The service was established to help prevent young people (16-25 year olds) becoming homeless or help them out of homelessness.

Annually Alone In London sees 600 young people and receives at least 2000 calls per year.

Generally, Alone In London's service users don't have much contact with their GPs. Project:London will be helping the organisation by holding fortnightly nurse-led consultations to provide health advice and advocacy.
