From small beginnings in Cambodia, Opération Sourire now brings more than 20 years experience in the field in treating patients, training local staff and improving local facilities.

• 22 missions in 2009 involving surgeons from UK, Germany, France and Japan.
• 105 volunteers visited 8 countries, operating on 873 patients.
• Since the creation of Opération Sourire in 1989 we have operated on a total of 7,493 patients.
