HALF MARATHON- 11th October 2009
Run for Doctors of the World UK (DOW UK) in this new half marathon and help us make health a human right!
The Royal Parks Foundation, a charity for the eight Royal Parks, is launching this new 13,1 mile course, starting and ending in Hyde Park. It will take you through London's green diamonds: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James's Park, as well as running along the River Thames.
You and the other 12,500 runners will enjoy a superb view of famous monuments such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Marble Arch, the London Eye and the Royal Albert Hall along the way.
Everyone is welcome from runners to spectators who can take part in a wide range of activities.
