Following the success of its previous run events, DoW UK is now taking part in the 2009 Bupa Great South Run to raise money for its emergency projects.

The Bupa Great South Run is part of the Bupa Great Run series, devised by former Olympic 10,000m bronze medallist and BBC sports commentator Brendan Foster.

• 21,000 runners in 2008
• A fast, flat course through Southsea, Portsmouth
• See Britain's naval heritage, including HMS Victory and the Mary Rose 
• Televised live on Channel 5

Registration fee: £30
Minimum sponsorship: £200

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 30th SEPTEMBER
