Wayne Farah runs a Health and Social Care consultancy company, which focuses on promoting access for disadvantaged communities.  He is also Vice Chair for Newham Primary Care Trust.  He has been a Visiting Lecturer at London Metropolitan University where he helped develop the Certificate in Education Partnership for refugee teachers. 

As part of his community work, Wayne has been Chair of the Migrants' Rights Network since 2006 and an active volunteer for the Institute of Race Relations since 2001.  He is on the Board of the Mental Health Mentoring Project for the Migrant & Refugee Communities Forum as well as Vision Care.
